Philodendron Xanadu
The Philodendron Xanadu is a low maintenance compact tropical foliage plant with attractive lobed leaves that are richly green and lush. Young plants feature perfectly smooth leaves however will develop the decorative frilly foliage as they mature.
The Philodendron Xanadu comes with a great back story: The Stowaway, discovered in a West Australian nursery in 1983 as a chance seedling from a batch of imported seed, it was subsequently patented by House Plants of Australia and released in 1988 as ‘House Plant of the Year’. Although the origins remain somewhat of a mystery, evidence would indicate it most likely originated from Brazil.

Care: Perfect for a moderately lit position in filtered light however may tolerate lower levels of light. Water thoroughly and then allow top layer of soil to dry out between watering, avoid over watering. Always allow water to drain from your pot before placing it back on its drip tray, your plant will hate soggy roots.
Keep leaves dust free by spritzing or wipe them down with a damp cloth, this keeps them looking lovely and able to photosynthesise.
As plants tend to lean toward natural sunlight, turn your plant regularly to encourage even growth to all sides.
Please note as your plant grows it may need to be re-potted.
