Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your purchase if you are unhappy with the item that you receive.
Please understand that we can only provide a refund or exchange if we have made a mistake (i.e., packed the wrong item) or if we agree that the item received is not as described (i.e., contains a fault or a defect).
Once a return has been accepted, please allow sufficient time for your refund to be processed. This can take up to 14 days depending on your method of payment and financial institution.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs up until we receive the item, please keep your receipts as proof of mailing in case the item does not arrive. If using Australia Post (recommended), please provide us with the tracking number. Upon receiving your return, if we agree that we or the item is at fault, we will refund your shipping costs upon presentation of your shipping/postage receipt.
We may accept exchanges where you have contacted us within seven days of delivery confirmation, and only where the item has not been used or damaged. You are responsible for all postage or shipping fees associated with any exchange.

We will post your order within 2 working days after payment has been cleared or let you know if a longer time period may be expected.
Unless otherwise agreed, we use standard Australia Post, Sendal or Mailman (Officeworks parcel post) within Australia (all services include tracking), and Australia Post airmail for overseas purchases (tracking is available upon request).

STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA usually takes 2-6 working days. If your item has not arrived after 14 days from dispatch, please notify us.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY is available upon request.
We accept no responsibility for items that go missing after we have dispatched them. If you require insurance please let us know before you make your payment so that we can calculate the additional cost.
