General Shipping: 
We will process & post your order within 2 working days after payment has been cleared or let you know if a longer time period may be expected.

Unless otherwise agreed, we use standard Australia Post Parcel Post within Australia (all services include tracking), and Australia Post airmail for overseas purchases (tracking is available upon request)

Free Delivery for orders over $170 (standard delivery service, if express delivery is required please select at checkout)

Standard Delivery: $10.60 - $14.50 

Express Delivery: $14.10 - $52.45

We accept no responsibility for items that go missing after we have dispatched them. If you require insurance please let us know before you make your payment so that we can calculate the additional cost.

If your item has not arrived after 14 days from dispatch, please notify us and we will contact Australia Post. 

We use eco-friendly packaging. Please reuse, recycle or compost - yes, even our packaging tape can be composted!

Return Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable or personalised goods such as food & gift cards cannot be returned.

Only regular priced items are eligible for return, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at for return postal address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For Change of Mind returns we can offer a store credit minus shipping costs. For faulty or damaged items, we can offer an exchange, refund or store credit.  


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once a return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take up to 14 days depending on your method of payment and financial institution. If after 14 day you have still not received your refund please contact us at

Partial Refunds: 
Please note there may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. We will notify you if this applies to your refund during the approval process.


Where possible we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If we are unable to replace an item, due to an item being out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund. If you need to exchange an item please send us an email at


Return Shipping:

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

You are responsible for all return shipping and new re-shipping costs. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs up until we receive the item. Upon receiving your return, if we agree that we or the item is at fault, we will refund your shipping costs upon presentation of your shipping/postage receipt. 

With all returns, please keep your receipts as proof of mailing in case the item does not arrive. If using Australia Post (recommended), please provide us with the tracking number.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We take no responsibility for items lost or not received.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may request an exchange or a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we require the original purchaser to contact us, and we are only able to refund or issue store credit to the original purchaser.
